This website is operated by Frunema. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Frunema. By visiting getfrunema.com or buying something from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

2. The products

The Neck Firming Roller Cream is a cosmetic product. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

It is for external use on the neck and décolleté, on intact skin only. Do not apply it to broken skin, open wounds, irritated areas or close to the eyes. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription skin medication or being treated for a skin condition, talk to your doctor before use. Stop using it and speak to a professional if you get irritation, a rash or any reaction.

Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent daily use. Any firming or lifting we describe refers to the appearance of the skin. We do not promise that lines or loose skin will disappear, and this product is not a substitute for a medical or surgical procedure.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep descriptions and images accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse any order, and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 60-day money-back guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you give us permission to use, publish and adapt them without payment. We may edit them for length or clarity. Do not send us anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.

7. Our content

The text, images, layout and design of this site belong to Frunema or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frunema is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
