Our 60-day money-back guarantee
Skin takes weeks to respond. We give you long enough to actually judge whether the Neck Firming Roller Cream is working for you.
Roll it on twice a day for 60 days. If your neck looks and feels the same, email us at info@getfrunema.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.
You do not have to send the tube back, and you do not pay return shipping. Keep it.
How to request a refund
- Email info@getfrunema.com from the address you used to order.
- Include your order number and a sentence about how you used the product.
- We reply within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not charge any restocking or handling fee.
Returning an unopened order
Changed your mind before opening it? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a return address. Once the unopened package reaches us we refund you in full, including the original shipping.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Orders that never arrive
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us. We will either resend your order or refund it in full.
Cancelling an order
Orders are sent to our warehouse quickly. If you email us within 12 hours of placing your order we will do our best to cancel it before it ships. After that, wait for it to arrive and use the guarantee above.
Exceptions
The 60-day money-back guarantee covers one course per customer. Wholesale and bulk orders are handled case by case — contact us before ordering.
